Terms of Trade

Last updated 28 July 2026. These terms govern the supply of security audit services by SecureMyEmail (operated by Neil Frick, trading as Netlogyx IT, Queensland, Australia) to you, the customer.

1. Agreement

By placing an order through this website, ticking the box confirming you have read these terms, or paying an invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade. They apply to every audit, report and related service we supply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Services

We provide a point-in-time, read-only security posture audit of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, plus a written report of findings, severity ratings and remediation guidance. The specific inclusions are those described on the pricing tier you purchase.

The audit is advisory. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not make changes to your tenant, provide ongoing monitoring, incident response, or managed IT services.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be authorised to request an audit of the tenant and to grant us the access required. You warrant that you hold that authority.
  • You must provide timely, accurate information and the read-only access, consents or credentials we reasonably require.
  • You remain responsible for implementing (or choosing not to implement) any recommendation in our report, and for your own backups and change control.

4. Fees and payment

  • Prices shown are in Australian dollars and are one-off charges. No subscription or ongoing contract is created.
  • Payment is due at the time of order by card, PayPal or direct deposit. For direct deposit, work commences once cleared funds are received.
  • Enterprise or custom engagements are quoted separately and payable on the terms stated in the quote.
  • You are responsible for any bank, card or currency fees charged by your provider.

5. Delivery timeframes

We aim to deliver the report within the timeframe stated for your tier once access is granted. Timeframes are estimates and depend on you providing access and information promptly.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the audit commences for a full refund. Once the audit has commenced, a refund may be reduced to reflect work already performed. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 7, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the services or refunding the fees you paid for them.

A security audit reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that your environment will not be compromised. We are not liable for loss arising from configurations, third-party products, or recommendations you choose not to implement.

9. Confidentiality and data

Audit findings, configuration data and reports are treated as confidential and are used only to deliver the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methodology, templates and check catalogues. On full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use the report inside your organisation and to share it with your insurer, auditor or advisers.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
