Privacy Policy

• Enquiry details — name, business email, phone number, industry, staff numbers, platform and the answers you give in our questionnaire or chat.
• Order details — the tier purchased, payment method and payment reference. Card details are entered with our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Audit data — configuration and security posture information from your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, which may include administrator and user account names and email addresses. We do not read the content of your mailboxes or files.
• Website data — basic technical logs such as pages requested and approximate location, used to keep the site secure and working.

To respond to your enquiry, quote and deliver the audit, produce and send your report, process payment, meet our record-keeping obligations, and (where you have opted in) send you security updates. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting and the audit tooling used to collect tenant configuration data — and where required or authorised by law.

Some providers may store data overseas. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles the information consistently with the APPs.

Information is held in access-controlled systems protected by multi-factor authentication and encryption in transit. We keep audit reports and enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal obligations, then destroy or de-identify them. On written request we will delete your tenant audit data after your report is delivered.

If we become aware of a data breach involving your personal information that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it promptly and notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing neil@netlogyx.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first. If the matter is not resolved you may complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function (for example remembering your questionnaire answers between pages). We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published here, alongside our Terms of Trade.
